If you've ever caught an episode of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' you know the cast sure knows how to party.From extravagant birthdays to transforming a backyard into a dance floor, the ladies of Beverly Hills make everything they do an event. So why would watching the Oscars be any different? 'Housewife' Taylor Armstrong has spent the past few days amping up her Facebook fans for the Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 27.
"I think awards season is just so fun in LA. There's lots of parties, everyone's energy is up. I thought it would be fun to share with people who live in other places ... [to] let them enjoy awards season," said Armstrong.
PopEater spoke with Taylor Armstrong about who she'll be rooting for on Oscar Night after the jump!
With all eyes on the red carpet on Oscar night, Armstrong is just as interested in what Hollywood wears as the rest of America. Armstrong says she's excited to see what Natalie Portman, Best Actress nominee for 'Black Swan,' wears -- and how she accessorizes her growing baby bump!
"I think she's so talented and gorgeous. I love her style, too. I think she could really pull off something dramatic this year," said Armstrong.
The bubbly mom is filled with as much Oscar excitement as the stars who are attending. "I haven't seen them all," she confesses about this year's contenders. "I see more children's movies, more animated movies, because I have a little girl, she's 4."
Like many parents, Armstrong finds herself impressed everytime she sits down to watch a film with her daughter, Kennedy. "Animated films are different than when we were children. It's incredible what they're able to do with computer animated films."
Who will she be rooting for on Oscar night? "I really liked 'Toy Story 3.' I thought it was very sweet ... and 'How to Train Your Dragon'! I liked that one as well," said Armstrong. Looks like Woody and Buzz can add a famous fan to their list!
With the show just around the corner, how will the 'Housewife' spend her Oscar night?
"I'm going to go to a couple of parties this year. I like theme parties a lot so I thought it would be fun to give people tips and tricks on little things they can do to throw a theme party ... to have a red carpet leading up to your front door, have red table runners and different incorporations of the red carpet theme along with old Hollywood-style stuff. I thought it might be fun," she said.

Taylor's Struggles with a Season 2 of RHoBH
Taylor talks about her struggles with season two and how she regrets fighting with Kim!
Bravo has yet to announce if they’re picking up The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for a second season, but with the drama, lavish parties, and shocking divorce of the first season it is hard to believe that they won’t. The ladies of Beverly Hills have become everybody’s favorite housewives, but will the show be the same without the original cast? Taylor Armstrong speaks out.Following the explosive season finale, Camille Grammer, Kyle Richards, and now Taylor Armstrong are all indecisive about whether or not they’d commit to season two. Beverly Hills beauty, Taylor, talked to us at the Ciroc Vodka and OK! Magazine Women of Music Party last Friday and told us exclusively how much she’s struggling with the decision.
“Well they haven’t told us we’ll be getting [another season], but if we do I have to think about it. It’s been a journey for us, so I think there are stories that are left to be told. And I don’t know … every day I wake up with a different idea about it,” said Taylor.
“What do you think about it?” she asked playfully.
I think the show wouldn’t be the same without my favorite housewife, but I do understand how taxing being part of the show must be. In addition to filming the show and always looking fabulous, Taylor is an active mother, has her own career, and volunteers all over Tinsletown.
She also has to worry about how her reputation comes across when cameras have intruded every aspect of her life. In this season, we saw her struggle with her marriage and fight with Kim Richards. Taylor told us her biggest regret of the show was how her relationship with Kim panned out.
“You know I would change the conflict with Kim. I feel like we really have nothing against one another and I wish the best for her, and I regret that,” revealed Taylor.
I dont blame you Tay, people are so harsh, yet don't realize it's a TV show and that they want everyone to ramp up the drama . You Know I'd love to see you come back, but either way, I am behind you 100% xoxox C

One’s only desert island luxury item should be a facial cleanser. There is the need to stay clean, of course, and the best cleansers are so full of nourishing anti-agers and breakout controllers that in a pinch you could get by on nothing else. Our Five Best cleanser picks are not the cheapest, but for the aforementioned reasons they are among the best investments in your skin that you can make.
La Vie Celeste Exfoliating Mother of Pearl Cleanser ($30 in the TIA shop). This is hands down my favorite cleanser – and, according to commenter Joe, it is great for shaving as well. I think that is down to the unique (well unusual) use of clays in this cleanser. It doesn’t foam, but has a creamy consistency (thankfully, not in the overly-unctuous way that most are). It cleans well and leaves the face smooth as the clays have a gentle exfoliating action. The key ingredient is Mother of pearl a source of the protein conchiolin, which acts like the protein keratin (which is found in skin, bones and hair), and has the ability to hydrate skin cells and facilitate repair of damaged skin cells. In addition, there are antioxidants in the form tea, apple, gingko biloba and ginseng extracts. More on the LVC cleanser.
